Frank A. Luzi,
P.E. As a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Future Tech Consultants (FTC), Frank Luzi brings to the firm over 35 years of experience in construction. Frank set the tone for his engineering inspections and testing career with the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, where two years in Nevada were spent testing underground concrete structures subjected to dynamic Ioads (atomic bombs). He spent 14 years from 1979, as President and partner of a major inspection and testing company in the metropolitan area, and brings these years of experience and knowledge in the industry to FTC. Prior years were spent as a partner in a New York City general contracting company and as an Engineering Consultant to general contractors and construction managers. As well as membership in the New York Society of Professional Engineers, Frank Luzi has been on the Board of Directors of the American Council of Independent Laboratories, the Building Stone Institute, the Concrete Industry Board and the Snug Harbor Cultural Center. These positions have given him insight as to how FTC can better serve its clients Frank Luzi is a licensed Professional Engineer in the four metropolitan area states and in Florida. A graduate of City College, he is also a Licensed Site Safety Manager and member of two honorary engineering societies.
