President

President, Stephen Marchese oversees the day-to-day operations of Future Tech. A founding partner, along with Frank Luzi and Michael Marchese, Stephen has over 15 years of experience in engineering and construction materials inspection.

The experience he gained from involvement with all phases of construction gives him the knowledge of the building's design intent, which enables him to identify construction deficiencies of deterioration caused by Iack of general maintenance. Specifications are provided that best suit the problem, which are both efficient and economical.

Stephen Marchese holds Professional Engineering licenses in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Florida. He is an ACI Level II Inspector, certified and trained in radiation safety and soil density testing. Stephen earned his BSCE from Polytechnic University and is a member of ACI, ASCE, ASTM, CIB, NSPE and PCI.
