The newly built 180,000 square foot structure is a hybrid offering retail, restaurant, commercial office space and a health center all in one building.
Services provided: Core Drilling, and all special inspections including Structural Steel, Chimney, Masonry, Firestopping, Fireproofing, Photoluminescent Exit Path Markings, Mechanical, Site Storm Drainage Disposal Systems, Curtain Wall, Emergency Power Systems and more.
