A new 16-story, 1.1 million square foot steel building worth $700 million for biological science located along First Avenue, between 28th and 30th Streets.

The $6.3-million project is an eight-story Medical and Research Translation (MART) and Bed Tower building that will operate as the university's new headquarters for cancer research, advanced medical imaging and cancer care.

Brand new, 32,000 square-foot building, with a price tag of $23 million. The science and technology center is comprised of three floors. The first includes earth science and physics labs as well as a lab dedicated to the Science Olympiad team.
