The $6.3-million project is an eight-story Medical and Research Translation (MART) and Bed Tower building that will operate as the university's new headquarters for cancer research, advanced medical imaging and cancer care.
Brand new, 32,000 square-foot building, with a price tag of $23 million. The science and technology center is comprised of three floors. The first includes earth science and physics labs as well as a lab dedicated to the Science Olympiad team. The second floor contains the biology and chemistry labs, as well as a lab for the newly created Science Research Club. And the third and final floor of the new building is a multi-purpose room for presenting science experiments and hosting class lectures.

The Michael F. Price Center for Genetic and Translational Medicine is a 200,000 square foot facility. The five-story building houses 40 state of the art research laboratories, conference centers, and auditorium.
A new 132,500 square foot preparatory school to accommodate students in grades 9 through 12. The new facility will include three science labs, a technology lab, a music studio, art studio, dance studio and 35 classrooms.
