Sotheby's is the world's largest art collectors auction house headquartered in New York City. With 489,513 square feet, the 10-story, high-ceilinged glass and granite building takes up the entire blockfront on the east side of York Avenue between East 71st Street and East 72nd Street.

Occupying the northeast corner of Third Avenue and 46th Street, the office tower recently underwent a number of lobby upgrades including the installation of turnstile security. Featuring 24 floors and 445,000 square feet, this property also boasts 7,107 square feet of green roofs and exclusive outdoor terraces for tenants to enjoy.

One Bryant Park, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is the first commercial high-rise in the United States to earn LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council. This building has 55 floors and 2,354,000 square feet. Floors 1-51 comprise of tenant floors, and floors 52-55 are mechanical space.

655 Third Avenue is 30-story building totaling 425,000 square feet. Building features include a renovated lobby with turnstile security, double glazed windows that deflect glare and reduce heat gain, and 4,775 square feet of green roofs.

1155 Avenue of the Americas is a 41-story building with 790,000 square feet. Architectural upgrades made to the property include a newly appointed entrance on West 44th Street featuring seating and a landscaped plaza; a dramatic, new light-filled lobby interior with security desks clad in distinctive back-lit sea-glass and turnstile security access; and new destination dispatch elevator controls as well as elevator cabs. The building also features a dramatic new curtain wall at its four chamfered corners and low iron energy efficient casement windows. Systems upgrades include: high efficiency ECM fan wall technology, coils and motors provide tenants with floor by floor service were also installed to promote energy efficiency.

1133 Avenue of the Americas boasts 1,101,300 square feet and was one of the first buildings in New York City to achieve LEED Silver certification under LEED v4 Existing Buildings: Operations + Maintenance. Additional features include 5,510 square feet of green roofs, and 10,500 square feet of retail space.

One Hanson Place is a landmarked loft conversion in Fort Greene whose gilded clock tower rises 34 floors over Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Park Slope and Boerum Hill. The building was converted to 175 condominiums ranging in size from studios to full-floor penthouses.
