Project Description
One Bryant Park, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is the first commercial high-rise in the United States to earn LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council. This building has 55 floors and 2,354,000 square feet. Floors 1-51 comprise of tenant floors, and floors 52-55 are mechanical space.
Services provided: Sprinkler, Standpipe, Fire Alarm, Firestopping, and Energy Code Compliance inspections.
